Two books that I have enjoyed

Other People's Children: Cultural Conflict in the Classroom by Lisa Delpit

The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down: A Hmong Child, Her American Doctors and the Collision of Two Cultures by Anne Fadiman

Both great books to explore what students from other cultures and backrounds. They have both been influential in making me think about what I don't know.

Enjoy,
Marcus
